Refund and Returns Policy
HOW DO I RETURN MY GUNWOOD ORDER?
We want returns to be as easy and quick as possible. If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
Some exceptions do apply.
- All item(s) must be unused.
- The item(s) must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Items received after 15 days will not be refunded or credited.
Products not meeting the above criteria will be exempt from return.
14 day returns policy
If the item is not returned within 14 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. It is not our responsibility to pay for postage again back out.
We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds of none faulty and or unwanted items and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charges incurred by yourself on any such returns. You may also incur additional charges for any items which are exchanged.
Please note that before initiating a return you must contact us either via phone on +44 7449 413542 or via email to gunwoodsportz@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. Any items that are returned to us without prior contact may be returned to you with no further action being taken and with the return postage cost being payable by you.
Returning damaged or incorrect items
Gunwood will refund any postage up to £3.45 (Royal Mail 1st Class Postage) only. via any other method without permission from Gunwood.
If you have received confirmation from us to return a damaged and or incorrect item(s) then please follow the instructions provided from our Customer Services team and return the item(s) within 7 working days of this confirmation being received.
Failure to return the item(s) within this timeframe may invalidate any agreement for replacement / exchange item(s) being provided to you.
